Early spring photoshoot II

Back at Rigby Mansion again for another early spring photoshoot. This year, it was cold and rainy and it was just me working on two scenes and Carina of Love Me Do Photography documenting it. After working on this particular shoot, I realized that part of what I love about my work with flowers is that I do it for other people to experience. In this case, I did a bunch of work by myself to be photographed and then took it down immediately afterwards. This is not my ideal, though I value and benefit from daily practice with flowers on my own. What brings me the most joy is to see other people experience whatever flower thing that I make, then leave having had a new encounter with flowers in a way that creates pause for depth and beauty. No pressure or anything. Just making flowers as a way to live.

Anyways, here are some photos from the cold, rainy, early spring day that I made flowers for noone but myself and Carina.
